Program fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges and affect program access.

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days of enrollment: Full refund minus administrative fee of S$150
• After 14 days but before program start: 50% refund
• After program start: No refund, except in cases of program cancellation by Esidi Benda
